When an occupancy dashboard should stay on the owner's desk

Not every occupancy picture should live on a shared board. Rent rolls contain tenant names, arrears, and sometimes identity documents that were never meant for a group folder. The local application we mention is a tracking utility on the owner’s computer. It does not upload the roll to us.

Keep on the desk: working drafts, scans of passports used as ID for leases, and any ledger export you store only as a treasury note beside occupancy rows. If that export happens to come from Binance, it is still your file. Compatibility is not custody.

What can be shared with Server Flowcore is the redacted roll we agree on the numbering call. Marvel imagery, character posters in a let cinema, or similar material that appears in a photo of a unit is treated as the tenant’s décor; we do not claim those marks. Informational photos in a study crop such material where we can.
