How a quote is formed
We count addresses, unit types, and whether a site visit is required. Mixed-use stairs take longer than a single office plate. Travel from 2808MiddletownRd Bethlehem Pennsylvania(PA) 18020 is added only for vacancy walkthroughs outside a short local radius.
Deposits
A reading above 1,500 GEL may ask for half before drafting. That deposit is described in the refund note. Payment instructions are sent by email after you telephone or write; this website does not take cards.
