These terms govern use of the Server Flowcore website and the occupancy and asset performance readings described on it. English is the language of this version.
Acceptance
By reading this site or commissioning a reading, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not send files. Commissioning happens by telephone or email, never through a form on this website.
The service
Server Flowcore writes occupancy readings, asset performance briefs, vacancy walkthrough notes, lease-roll commentary, and retail frontage notes. These are informational professional writings. They are not valuations, not agency instructions, and not financial advice. The optional desktop application is a local data tracking utility only.
Intellectual property
The website copy, layout, and our written readings remain the copyright of Server Flowcore until a reading is delivered, at which point you may use that delivered reading for the holding it describes. You may not republish our field notes as your own. Third-party marks, including Binance® and MARVEL-related marks, remain with their owners. Photographs of buildings are used to illustrate occupancy work and do not imply ownership of those properties.
Your files
You warrant that you may share the rent rolls and leases you send. We are not a custodian of funds, deposits, or cryptocurrency. We do not access private keys or execute transactions.
Liability
Readings depend on the papers you supply. We are not liable for letting outcomes, rent arrears, or decisions you take after reading the pages. Liability for a commissioned reading is limited to the fee paid for that reading, except where Georgian law forbids a limitation.
Website
The site may be unavailable. Content may change. Fees on the fees page are informational and are not an offer to sell software subscriptions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia (GE). Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
