This policy explains how Server Flowcore handles personal data when you use the website or send occupancy files. It is written in English.

What we process
The website itself does not run a lead-generation form. If you telephone or email, we process the contact details you choose to give, plus rent rolls, leases, and unit lists needed to write a reading. Tenant names appearing in those files are processed only to produce the occupancy table.

Purpose and legal basis
We process file data to perform a commissioned reading (contract) and to keep records required for accounting and complaints (legitimate interests and legal obligation). Website logs, if kept by a host, exist to keep the site available.
Retention
Delivered readings and the files needed to support them are kept for six years after the final invoice, then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required under Georgian law. Cookie preference is kept in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to contact@server-flowcore.digital. You may also complain to the personal data protection authority in Georgia.
International transfers
Files may be stored in Georgia and at the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania desk. If a transfer outside Georgia occurs, we rely on contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism. We do not send occupancy files to Binance, Marvel, Disney, or Veve.
No financial processing
We do not hold funds, custody cryptoassets, or access private keys. Do not send seed phrases or payment-card numbers.
