Refunds
These rules apply to occupancy readings, asset performance briefs, vacancy walkthroughs, lease-roll commentary, and retail frontage notes. They do not apply to goods we do not sell or to the Veve listing, which is outside this desk.
Eligibility
A full refund is available if you cancel in writing before we confirm that files are complete and drafting has started. After drafting starts, refunds are partial or refused as set out below.
Timeframe
Ask for a refund within fourteen days of the invoice date, or before the final reading is issued, whichever is earlier, unless the work is already delivered.
Full refund
Full refund of sums received if we have not opened your files or travelled for a walkthrough, or if we cancel because we cannot identify the units after the numbering call.
Partial refund
If drafting has started but no final reading has been issued, we may refund the unused half of the fee, less time already spent at the quoted rate implied by the starting fee. Vacancy walkthroughs that were attended are not refunded for the visit portion.
Non-refundable items
Travel already incurred from 2808MiddletownRd Bethlehem Pennsylvania(PA) 18020, printed copies you asked us to bind, and time spent on a second numbering call after you changed unit lists.
Process

Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same method you used to pay, within fifteen working days of approval.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Walkthroughs may be moved once if you give two working days’ notice. Later changes count as a cancelled visit. Readings have no live “session”; cancellation follows the drafting rules above.
Deposits
Deposits for readings above 1,500 GEL are applied to the invoice. They follow the same full or partial rules.
No-shows
If access is not provided at the agreed time for a vacancy walkthrough, the visit fee is due. We will wait thirty minutes on site.
Work already started and materials
Once a draft table exists, that labour is started work. We do not buy materials for clients beyond printing you requested. Exceptions: if our draft names the wrong building because we misread an address we were given in writing, we redo that reading without extra fee instead of refunding, unless you prefer a refund of the unused portion.
